DrayEasy Inc. (“DrayEasy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital freight and logistics services through our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use the DrayEasy app and related Services.

1. Information We Collect• Account and contact information such as name, company name, email address, and phone number.
Service and transaction information such as quote requests, booking details, shipment details, pickup and delivery information, and work order information.

Technical information such as IP address, device type, operating system, app version, browser type, log data, and crash or performance data.

Communications such as emails, calls, messages, and customer support inquiries.• Payment-related information if applicable, processed by our payment service providers.

government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud

4. CommunicationsIf you register, request a service, or otherwise interact with DrayEasy, we may contact you by email, phone, SMS, or other available channels for account, booking, operational, support, verification, and service-related purposes.
You may opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us directly. You may still receive transactional or service-related communications.

5. Data RetentionWe retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our Services, maintain business records, comply with legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud and security risks.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete it, de-identify it, or retain it only as permitted or required by law.

6. Account Deletion and Data Deletion RequestsIf you have a DrayEasy account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by
contacting us at sales@drayeasy.com. We will process verified deletion requests in accordance with applicable law. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication measures, secure transmission where appropriate, and system monitoring.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
